Kina Designs has remodeled and built many high-end homes in the Austin area. I have watched with amazement as Maile Roberts executes her vision and style to completion of these beautiful timeless homes. Maile’s tasteful aesthetics certainly enhance her ability to create and execute her vision whether it’s a mid-century remodel or a new build. Maile works with the best architects and has an incredible knack for sourcing materials that reflect the quality and detail that is seldom seen in new speculative homes. She strives to make each home unique and yet compatible with the surrounding community. Also very important, she has a thoroughly thought-out plan that makes the home a great investment. I would highly recommend hiring Kina Design for your next home!

Rollingwood Stenger
A.D. Stenger mid-century modern built in 1967. The completely remodeled home sits on a large hillside lot with hill country views located in the highly sought after area nestled between Rollingwood, Stratford and Westlake. A causal floor plan centers on an open living room with vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace. Additionally, a great entertaining area & decks offer a serene place to call home!
Clifton
South Congress soft modern 2 story new build completed in late 2018. 4/4, master downstairs, this beautifully appointed home with high- end designer finishes and details was a collaboration with renowned Shiflet Group Architects to create this gorgeous design. Not the same ole modern farmhouse sprouting up all over 78704!
Skyline
The goal of the remodel was to rid the house of its dark corners and low ceilings. In the kitchen, the project knocked out a wall and flipped the orientation so that the sink now faces the open dining room and the heavier pieces, such as the stove and refrigerator, anchor the space along a wall. In the entryway, the ceilings were raised by a foot. In the dining room, Kina expanded the space into what previously was an enclosed outdoor porch.
